RIDGE

Restoration Ridge was the first cabin built by Restoration Point Properties and one of the first in Woodland Bluffs. We designed this cabin from scratch on our kitchen table and meticulously sculpted the lot to accommodate the design. This exquisite cabin still makes a bold statement in the neighborhood and is the landmark cabin at the corner of Woodland Bluff Trail and Gentry Oak. We learned a lot from building this amazing property, and many of those take-aways are alive now in our actively renting properties! We sold this property in May of 2022. (Restoration Ridge is now called Woodland Heights.)
